My journey to financial services took an unconventional route. After studying production and operations management at the University of Idaho and earning a master's degree in teaching from Heritage University, I began my career in operations management at Jeld-Wen Door Company, then transitioned to education, both domestically and internationally.
I joined the financial management team at Thrivent Financial in 2009 as a financial advisor, which opened a new chapter. Co-founding Clear Creek Financial Management in 2014 alongside Brian allowed us to streamline operations and refine the planning process in ways that better served clients.
My compliance focus isn't just about regulations. It's about creating systems that protect clients and maintain the integrity of everything we do.
I'm married to Misty, and we have two daughters, Evelyn and Clara.
